Morgaine Lee

I would like to acknowledge that the land on which I live, work, and play is the unceded Indigenous land belonging to Coast Salish peoples including Musqueam, Skwxwú7mesh, Tsleil-Waututh, Kwikwetlem, Kwantlen, Katzie, and Semiahmoo Nations. Unceded means that this land was never surrendered, relinquished or handed over in any way.

Hello there! I'm Morgaine and I like to make things and tell stories. I have an Honours B.A. in Anthropology from Simon Fraser University and a 200hr Yoga Teaching Certificate.

My work spans various forms as I am much too curious about too many things to stick to just one. I make films - mostly documentary, I do corporate anthropology, marketing and business strategizing, I teach filmmaking and yoga, I research fungi for fun. In everything I do, my goal is to combine my love for creative and ethnographic practices. I hope to continue my schooling after I gain more business experience and live a little life.

I live in Vancouver, BC with my sweet and cute-as-a-button cat, Ellie. I love the ocean, the mountains, arts and crafts, and drinking tea.
