There are a couple practices below just for YOU! I created these practices using techniques I've been using to calm down and ground during this time where I'm feeling A WHOLE LOT regarding COVID-19. The fear, overwhelm, heaviness, hopelessness are all very real — even amongst the hopefulness, community, and care we're seeing. It's a lot. All at once. Our nervous-systems may be in overdrive. My hope is that these practices can help us feel even a little bit better so that we can continue to take care of each other as best we can.

Everything I offer in these practices is just a suggestion, take what you need and what feels good - leave what doesn't. Breathe big! And please practice with care.

Practical Magic Mentorship program with Shae Savage (Fall 2019)

Some of my teachers include Shae Savage, Lucy St.John, Steve Fazzari, Andrew Friedricks, Engel  Pherecydes, and Risto Duggan. Shae Savage in particular is a dear friend and mentor whose teachings and guidance have informed the way I practice and teach yoga, and the way I live my life in many ways. I'm grateful to have learned from such wise and kind souls.

Styles and techniques incorporated in my classes include Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Pranayama, and Nidra.
