"Yoga gets you to be softer with yourself, and so much softer with other people"
-Vanessa Panton

There are a couple practices below just for YOU! I created these practices using techniques I've been using to calm down and ground during this time where I'm feeling A WHOLE LOT regarding COVID-19. The fear, overwhelm, heaviness, hopelessness are all very real — even amongst the hopefulness, community, and care we're seeing. It's a lot. All at once. Our nervous-systems may be in overdrive. My hope is that these practices can help us feel even a little bit better so that we can continue to take care of each other as best we can.

Everything I offer in these practices is just a suggestion, take what you need and what feels good - leave what doesn't. Breathe big! And please practice with care.

If you're interested in working with me 1-1 (by donation!) please message me via the contact form or Instagram direct message.

*Please have a read through the Responsibility & Release of Liability section at the bottom of the page before you begin.

If you enjoyed these classes and would like to support my work — I would be so grateful!

But please know that it's not necessary and I will continue to share my classes free or by donation, always.

200 YTT at Karma Teachers - Vancouver BC (April - May 2018)

Practical Magic Mentorship program with Shae Savage (Fall 2019)

My intention for my classes - always - is that we are practicing in community to dig deeper in self-inquiry so that we may better serve, grow, and fight for liberation in our local and global community. No small feat, but so deeply necessary. Yoga includes  so much more than just the physical practice we see so often in North America.  My hope is that together we can learn and practice the 8-limb path of yoga.

My classes are always free, by donation, or sliding scale because is meant to be accessible. This is generally not my primary source of income - I'm simply here to practice with you because this practice is important to me. Instead of paying me, I ask that you please practice with and pay BIPOC teachers.
