Saturday November 16th 2019 10am - 4pm
We'll begin the day with a relaxing and grounding yoga practice. Using movement, breath, sound and visualization we'll unwind and come into a place of presence and peace.In the afternoon we'll be creating magic through a playful exploration of your creativity during a guided intuitive painting session. At the end of the day you'll go home with a beautiful painting and tools to relax and create during stressful times.
Everyone is welcome! No experience necessary.

About Morgaine Lee
Morgaine Lee is a yogi, filmmaker, and anthropologist from White Rock, BC. She completed her yoga teacher training at Karma Teachers in Vancouver, BC. Morgaine is a joyful and supportive teacher who will get you feeling good and smiling big. Her style of teaching is grounded in cultivating community, incorporating a variety of styles and yoga techniques, empowering students with tools to take home, and most importantly having FUN!

Allison Redies has been an artist and art teacher for over 20 years. Working with children, Allison has facilitated creating art through playful inquiry and imagination. She believes that working through the creative process with joy, intention and playfulness, we can let go of fear and allow our creative spirit to shine.
